Carlo Racioppo is the Broker of Record and Owner of Royal LePage Realty Plus, where he has led with integrity, expertise, and a dedication to agent success for over two decades. Carlo began his real estate journey at just 21, obtaining his license while still a student at the University of Toronto. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics, he swiftly demonstrated his capabilities, opening his own boutique brokerage by the age of 24. Carlo's career evolved as he managed a corporate Royal LePage office before purchasing Royal LePage Realty Plus in 2004. Under his leadership, the brokerage grew from 40 agents to 200, establishing it as a significant player in the real estate industry. 

Throughout his career, Carlo has been recognized for his service and leadership. He became the youngest president of the Mississauga Real Estate Board, served on the Ontario Real Estate Association Board of Directors, the Toronto Real Estate Board, and currently sits on the RECO Industry Advisory Council. His extensive background in residential, commercial, land, and investment sales has made him an invaluable mentor, with a passion for sharing his knowledge to help others succeed. 

Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach, Carlo values honesty and empathy, qualities his colleagues appreciate in him. He aims to foster an ethical, supportive environment where agents can thrive. When not working, he enjoys relaxing and unwinding from his busy schedule. A licensed private pilot, Carlo brings both discipline and a spirit of adventure to all his endeavors, constantly pushing himself and his brokerage towards excellence.
